Mobility - Fall Semester, 2026-2027

Registration for applicants seeking admission through academic mobility is open from August 24, 2026, until 6:00 PM on September 8, 2026, via the electronic portal of the LEPL Education Management Information System (EMIS): https://students.emis.ge/

For the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, academic mobility is available for the following Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.

Students who obtain the right to transfer to New Vision University through the electronic portal of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) must submit the following documents electronically by September 18, 2026:

• Application form;
• Copy of an identity document;
• Photograph (3 × 4 cm);
• Copy of the educational document based on which the student was admitted to their current university;
• Legal acts confirming the student’s status;
• Student academic record/transcript;
• For individuals subject to military registration: a copy of the document confirming military registration;
• Copy of an internationally recognized certificate demonstrating B2-level English proficiency, or another document confirming language competency, if applicable.
