On June 15, the Incision Surgical Society held a “MediScan - Basic Radiology Skills” Workshop at the NVU Health Hub, an educational event designed to enhance foundational radiology skills through expert-led sessions and practical exercises.

UROLOGY LECTURE AND SUTURING WORKSHOP
On April 6, 2024, an informative and hands-on Urology Lecture and Suturing Workshop was held at NVU Health Hub, offering an enriching experience for attendees interested in urology or looking to enhance their suturing skills.
Dr. Luka Dangadze delivered a detailed and insightful presentation on Urologic Emergencies and Surgical Interventions, providing participants with a thorough understanding of emergency situations in urology and the necessary surgical responses.
The event also featured a practical suturing session focused on Horizontal and Vertical Mattress Suturing techniques. Participants had the opportunity to practice these essential skills, gaining hands- on experience under expert guidance.
The event offered an excellent platform for participants to expand their knowledge and improve their surgical proficiency.
ANESTHESIOLOGY WORKSHOP
On March 30, 2024, participants gathered at the NVU Health Hub for a highly informative Anesthesiology Workshop led by Dr. Irakli Svanidze, MD, anesthesiologist.
The event began with an insightful lecture by Dr. Irakli on "Awake Surgery: Navigating Anesthesia Challenges in Conscious Procedures."
Following the lecture, attendees rotated through interactive workshop stations, which covered key skills such as:

The session was followed with the case-based discussions. This hands-on experience allowed participants to deepen their understanding of crucial anesthesiology practices in a practical and engaging setting.

STRESS MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP | 2023
On November 16, 2023, the Incision Surgical Society at NVU Health Hub hosted a transformative workshop, focused on Stress Management and Communication Skills. The event was guided by experienced mentors, including Dr. Tinatin Kutchukhidze, Mariami Chrdileli, and Dr. Keti Kiknadze.
