Zurab Maisuradze is an expert in communication, negotiation, and mediation, with over 18 years of academic experience and more than 15 years in corporate leadership and international business development. He is the author of the YodTalks Authenticity framework for management, communication, and personal leadership, which integrates psychology, strategic communication, and conflict-resolution methodologies. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration.

Zurab has taught at leading Georgian universities, including New Vision University, where he delivered courses in Communication in Medicine, Negotiation, Organizational Behavior, Sales, and Strategic Communication. Beyond academia, he has trained and consulted major Georgian and international companies in advanced negotiation, mediation, leadership development, patient-centered communication, and change management, drawing on his extensive executive experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and international business.

He continues to work as a coach and consultant in communication, management, authenticity-based leadership, and mediation, while conducting his PhD research at New Vision University.
