In 1999, Tsismari Gatenadze graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine. In 1999-2001 she passed clinical residency in obstetrics/gynecology at St. Petersburg University. Mechnikov Medical Academy, MAPO-II Department, Russia. In 2000-2002 - Postgraduate researcher in oncology, Petrov Oncology Research Institute, St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2010 awarded the degree of Academic Doctor of Medicine. In 2018 she passed the practical course of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC Course), with the program "Fellowship" in oncogynecological cytoreductive surgery, at the Tel Aviv Medical Center – SHEBA, Israel. In 2018 passed the "Fellowship" Clinical Grant Program Surgery Course: "Robotic Laparoscopy and Plastic Surgery in Gynecology" At Haifa Medical Center – RAMBAM, Israel. In 2013 she underwent endo-video surgery in gynecology with the "Fellowship" program in St. Petersburg.
In 2002-2013 she worked as the Head of the Cancer Epidemiology, Prevention and Diagnosis Department of the Oncology Center of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. 2013-2015 - Head of the Department of Gynecology at the Batumi Maritime Hospital. In 2017-2019 she was the head of the gynecology department of Batumi International University Hospital (BAU).
Since 2019 she has been a visiting lecturer in the foreign language (English) sector of the Medical Faculty of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
Since 2013 she has been working as a visiting consultant specializing in oncology and gynecology at the Batumi Medical Maritime Center, the Georgian-Israeli Joint Clinic at Gidmed, the David Gagua Medical Center, and the Batumi Maternity Hospital Ltd.
She has been a member of the European and Georgian Oncologists' Association since 2004, and a member of the European Medical Oncology Association (ESMO) since 2012. Permanently participates in symposia, conferences and congresses organized in Georgia and abroad. She has published a number of papers and publications in Georgian and foreign publications, has published one monograph.
In 2019, the Dubai International Conference on Surgery and Anesthesia (GCSE-2019), was awarded a Certificate for Phenomenal Oral Presentation for its presentation on the Principles and Practice of Joint Surgical Procedures in Oncology and Gynecology. (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). She has 21 years of continuous practical experience in oncology and gynecology. In 2011 she was awarded the title of the best doctor of the year in Adjara region.
