Tinatin Gabrichidze is an associate professor at New Vision University. She holds a PhD in Education Sciences. She has vast working experience in administrative positions at universities, as well as in teaching and research in higher education. Tinatin also serves as an executive manager of the Strategic Development and Internationalization Committee at New Vision University. She has been involved in international projects, was a contributor to the European University Association (EUA) thematic working groups, and speaker at the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) and European Teaching and Learning Forum, as well as other international conferences.

She is the author of international publications and a higher education expert at the LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
