Thomas Lippmann holds a degree in business administration (FH) and an MBA from Dresden International University. He has been working for hospitals in Germany for over 20 years in the Management - 15 years of it at private clinics. He runs and ran hospitals up to 700 beds and over 1000 employees. His focus is on strategic management, medical development and large-scale construction at hospitals. For more than 10 years he has lectureships at universities and is in demand as a speaker at Germany-wide congresses.
