Tata Erkvania is a PhD Candidate and assistant in the field of education law at New Vision University. She holds bachelor’s and Master’s academic degrees in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She also holds the Master’s degree (LL.M) in German and European Law and legal praxis from the Humboldt University Berlin (Germany) (2016). She has a significant experience in implementation of investment projects. Tata Erkvania has received numerous scholarships, including the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Catholic Academic Exchange Service (KAAD) and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). She also had been the participant of the ‘returning expert’s program from the Center for International Migration and Development (CIM) and the German Foundation for International Cooperation (GIZ) (2017-2019). As an invited lecturer she was conducting the lectures in the working groups in the courses - Introductory to the Private Law, Law of Property, Statutory Obligations at the Ilia State University (2017 – 2019). She has been working in different international companies.
