Nino Begiashvili holds PhD in Law from New Vision University. Nino has outstanding professional experience in developing an education legislation base and educational quality assurance system. She held different leading positions in the public sector. Since 2013 she has been lecturing in different private and public higher education institutions. She has been awarded a number of scholarships, including the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German foundation on international legal cooperation (IRZ).

She has also won a Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation grant competition under which she conducted doctoral research at Max Plank University, Germany. She is an author of many legal articles.
