
Associate Professor of Healthcare Management
Lasha Kiladze began his professional career as a psychiatrist at the Western Georgia Military Hospital. Throughout his career, he has held several senior positions, including Head of the Public Relations Department at Kutaisi City Hall, Head of the Imereti Regional Department of the Ministry of Health of Georgia, and Head of the Department for the Regulation of Medical Practice Quality. He also served as First Deputy State Representative (Governor) of the Imereti Region.
In subsequent years, he led the Western Georgia Interventional Medicine Centre, the Kutaisi Mental Health Centre, and the Mental Health and Drug Addiction Prevention Centre.
He received his higher education at Tbilisi State Medical University. He has completed the full programme of Oxford Policy Management (OPM), the MASHAV professional programme, and educational courses at the Moscow School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe. He also participated in the Open World international exchange programme.
Lasha Kiladze is an Associate Professor of Healthcare Management at New Vision University and an expert within the Network of Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe. As a visiting lecturer, he has also taught at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Caucasus University.
