Julia Sitton was an associate professor at the National University of Economics and Law during 2015-2018. In 2012-2015 she worked as a municipal lawyer in North Carolina, and in the years 2008-2012 she was the Western Director at the Office of Governor of the State of North Carolina. In 2006-2008 she was a commissioner of the North Carolina Property Tax Commission. In 1994-2004 she was an Attorney in Morganton (North Carolina), and in 2001-2010 - Member of the Board of Directors of the First Citizens Bank of Morganton. In 1987, she has been awarded J.D. by the University of North Carolina School Of Law.
