Irma Garibashvili
Professor in Engineering

In 1992, the Technical University of Georgia qualified her as an engineer-pedagogue. In 2006, she was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences by the Technical University of Georgia.

Since 2006, Garibashvili has been an associate professor at the Faculty of Construction at the Technical University of Georgia. Since 2011, she has been an expert in the accreditation of higher education programs at the National Center for the Development of Education Quality. Also, an expert in the authorization/accreditation of programs of professional educational institutions.

With her facilitation, several valid professional standards and professional modular educational program framework documents were created in the construction field. Since 2017, she has been cooperating with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) as a short-term expert in the field of labor safety.

In addition to educational activities, she is engaged in active practical activities. Since 2020, she has been a labor safety inspector of the A-type inspection accredited organization.
