Irakli Kobalia is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Politics and Diplomacy since 2023. His academic degrees in International Relations and European Public Policy are from the Tbilisi State University and University College London. From 2017 to 2022 Irakli worked at the Delegation of the European Union in Georgia. Prior to that, at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy and several other international projects in the area of democratization. His is the co-author of the Political Landscape of Georgia.
