Ioseb Masurashvili was awarded the qualification of an economist as well as the degree of Doctor of Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences) by Tbilisi State University.

Mr. Ioseb is the author of about 200 scientific papers and a member of an editorial board of international scientific journals. Also, he is an organizer of various international scientific conferences, workshops, seminars and a member of the Scientific Committee (Poland, Iran, India, etc.). He is the Fellow of Erasmus + and DAAD, winner of the Shota Rustaveli Science Foundation grant competition. He has 33 years of teaching experience. Mr. Ioseb is the first Georgian economist to give a presentation on the problems and prospects of modern Georgian business at an international scientific conference at Harvard University in Cambridge, USA.
