Guranda Maisuradze received Medical Doctor's (MD) qualification from the Tbilisi State Medical University in 2011. She completed her Residency Training Program in Endocrinology at Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

She has been an Endocrinologist at New Hospitals since 2014. She has 8 years of experience in clinical trials. Since 2022 she has been a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine at Ilia State University. Since 2022, Mrs. Maisuradze has been the head of the Personalized Women's Healthcare Program and Endocrinologist at New Vision University Quality Life Enhancement Center.

She regularly participates in international and local conferences and seminars.
