Grigol Keshelava graduated from the medical faculty of Tbilisi State Medical University in 2002. In 2008 He received the licence of vascular surgeon and gained Academic degree of Doctor of Medicine. In 2008-18 he worked as a head of vascular surgery service of intervenetional medicine of Western Georgia named after Z. Tskhakaia. 2018-20 he was a head of department of vascular surgery in Caucasus Medical Center.

Currently, Grigol Keshelava is a head of vascular surgery department in Healthycore Clinic. He is the author of thirty-two scientific publications.
