Giorgi Tumanishvili was awarded Ph.D degree in Law from Free University of Berlin in 2007, and was awarded in Master of Laws as well in 2004. Since 2011 he is a deputy head of Administrative and Legal Providing department at State Ministry for Reconciliation and Civic Equality of Georgia. Since 2015 he is chief consultant of academic boards of head of Supreme Court of Georgia and Legal Issues Committee of Parliament of Georgia as well from 2018. In 2009-2011 years he was chief consultant of National Security Council of Georgia. He was Associate Professor of Law School at University of Georgia since 2008 and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Law School Associate Professor as well from 2011.
