Emanuele Isidori
Professor in Education Sciences

 

Emanuele Isidori is the Full Professor in General and Social Pedagogy, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Cooperation, Vice-Director of Movement, Humanities and Health Sciences Department, and Head of the Laboratory of General Pedagogy of the University of Rome Foro Italico.

 

Qualified Profesor Catedrático de Universidad by ANECA in the scientific domain of Social and Juridical Sciences, is a Member of the Committee for Ethics, Education, Anti-Doping Training and Research (CEFAR) of NADO (WADA) Italy. Also, he is the Director of the Permanent Observatory on Ethics and Sports Law of the University of Rome Foro Italico

 

Emanuele has earned a Ph.D. in Physical Activity and Health from the University Alfonso X in Madrid (UAX), a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences from the University of Perugia, and several master's degrees (60 ECTS): International Relations, Adult Education, E-Learning, Didactics of Italian Language and Culture to Foreigners, geographical studies, Counseling. He has been a DAAD scholar at Leipzig University (2011), a lecturer at the International Olympic Academy in Olympia, and a visiting professor at California State University Long Beach (2013 and 2014). In 2014 he was awarded the ASESDECO-Francisco de Vitoria University Prize for Sport Pedagogy. He has authored more than 300 publications (articles, essays, monographs, and edited books).
