Elza Ketsbaia received her MA in International Relations from the University of Exeter in 2014 and her MA in Journalism and Media Management from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in 2004.

Since 2020, she has been the executive producer of the Euronews Georgia morning program. Over the years, she worked in Georgian and international media. From 2009 to 2014 she worked as a producer of a political talk show at the Georgian Public Broadcaster. From 2013 to 2019, she was a journalist and fact checker for the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. From 2009-2014, she was a project manager in Georgia at the Prague-based Transitions Online
