Eka Zarnadze holds Ph.D. in Law. She is a judge for the Civil Cases Panel of Tbilisi City Court. Ms. Zarnadze worked as a legal expert for the Eurasia Foundation Program: “Development of Legal and Information Institutional Framework for the Formation of Common Regional Real Estate Market for the Countries of South Caucasia” (2000-01). Since 1996, she is a lecturer and held academic offices at various higher education institutions.
