David Gulua was awarded a Ph.D degree in Technical Sciences and System Engineering by the Georgian Technical University in 2006. 2002-2003 years he was a DAAD-Scholarship holder in Department of Theoretical Programming at Institute of Informatics of Humboldt University of Berlin (Berlin, Germany). He continued working as a service administrator at Computer and Media Service in the same institution and than as an IT consultant at German Federal Union of Geriatrics. Since 2014 he is an Associate Professor at the David Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy. Since 2017 he is a visiting Professor at International Black Sea University and visiting Professor at Business and Technology University since 2009.
