Clark Plexico, has been President of International Strategies, Inc. since 2016. In 2013-2015, he was the President of “People to People International”. In 2009-2012, he worked as a director of the Uzbekistan office of National Democratic Institute (NDI), and later as Director of Political Processes in Afghanistan. In 2002-2009 he was founder-director of “International Strategies, Inc.”. In 1996-2002, State President of AT&T North Carolina, Law and Government Affairs. In 1990, he was elected as a Senator of North Carolina and has been in this position till 1996.
