Alexandre Ioseliani obtained Ph.D. in Law from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He delivers lectures in various universities since 2005. Mr. Ioseliani was the Chairman of Rustavi City Court (2001-2002), a judge of Rustavi City Court (2002-2003) and a judge of Tbilisi Appeals Court Administrative Chamber (2004-2009). He also has worked as a lawyer at a number of private companies (1996-2001). Since 2009, he serves as a judge at the Tbilisi Appeals Court (Civil Chamber).
