The project “Comparing EaP Countries’ Strategies and Solutions in the Area of Approximation of Domestic Legal Systems to the EU Acquis – COMPASS” is among the winning projects of Jean Monnet 2020. The Coordinating Organization is Brusov State University (Armenia) in partnership with New Vision University (Georgia), National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and University of Saarland (Germany).
Cooperation envisages development of the COMPASS database facilitating comparison of the processes of legal approximation in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine (including case-law) as well as joint teaching and research activities with the methodological support of Saarland University on recent developments in the field of legal approximation.
