The project should align with the strategic priorities of New Vision University as described in the project call. It will be assessed based on how relevant and significant the project’s goal is and how well it addresses a key issue. Additionally, the project’s objective should be clearly and precisely defined. 

 

Task Definition and Adherence to SMART Criteria (15 points):

Each task should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound (SMART). Participants should define how they plan to achieve the project’s goals, the tasks required, and the stages for completing those tasks.

 

Quality and Feasibility of Expected Results (20 points):

The project's results should be significant and realistic. This criterion assesses how valuable the results will be for the university and the broader community. Additionally, the results should be achievable within the available timeframe and resources.

 

Innovation and Sustainability (15 points):

The project should incorporate innovative approaches and new ideas. Sustainability is key, meaning the project should have long-term impacts and generate lasting benefits. Participants should highlight the factors that distinguish their project and provide unique value.

 

Budget Appropriateness and Justification of Costs (15 points):

The budget should be detailed and justified. All expenses should be proportional and necessary to achieve the project’s objectives. It will be evaluated based on how effectively resources are allocated within the project and how well these costs align with the project’s needs.

 

Competence of the Project Team/Manager (10 points):

Participants should demonstrate relevant experience and competencies necessary for the successful implementation of the project. Team members must have the necessary expertise to manage the project effectively and handle its challenges.

 

Implementation Plan and Timelines (5 points):

The implementation plan should be clearly defined, and the timelines should be realistic. Each stage of the project’s execution must be outlined and manageable within the given timeframe.

 

Success Indicators (5 points):

To measure project success, participants should define how they will assess the project’s outcomes. Success indicators should be clear and measurable, providing a transparent means of evaluating how effectively the project was executed.
