Bachelor's Program in Pharmacy

The aim of the program is to give a student the knowledge relevant to the modern challenges and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, to develop practical skills that will be useful for employment in the field. The program is industry-oriented and allows the student to thoroughly study the 4 main directions of pharmacy: pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceutical business management, clinical pharmacology, standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. The uniqueness of the program lies in the fact that the student is deeply acquainted with both the medical and molecular aspects, as well as pharmaceutical chemistry, the production process, all the standards in production and industry, taking into account the principles of integrative teaching. At the same time, a great deal of time is devoted to the study of the business process as an integral part of the pharmaceutical industry. As a result, upon completion of the program, the student will have a thorough knowledge and integrative vision which increases his/her competitiveness in the market. The implementation of the program is based on the principle of learning and doing, which implies the application of theoretical knowledge in a practical environment. At all stages of education, the student is directly involved in laboratory work, drug production and registration, drug marketing and post-marketing research processes, which allows him/her to understand the need for the acquired knowledge and develop practical skills.
