Double Degree Master's Program with Georgia State University, USA - AI, Analytics, Technology and Law LL.M.
Admission to the Program
Along with enrollment in the New Vision University Master's Program in Comparative Private and International Law, a master's student has the opportunity to apply for the LL.M. in AI, Analytics, Technology, and Law LL.M. Program at the Georgia State University College of Law, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. (GSU).
For this, the following is additionally required:
- Registration as an applicant for the double-degree master's program;
- Completion of the GSU online application (online applications are accepted from September 15);
- Passing score on either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS);
- Submission of a 2-page personal statement focused why the applicant is interested in LLM in AI, Analytics, Technology, and Law at GSU;
- Passing an on-line interview with the LL.M. admissions committee at GSU.
If admitted to the Georgia State LL.M. program, the master's student simultaneously becomes a student of both Georgia State University College of Law and New Vision University.
Visa Support
Students of the double-degree master's program will study in the Spring semester of the 2026–2027 academic year (from January 11, 2027) in person at the Georgia State University College of Law at its U.S. campus in Atlanta, Georgia. GSU’s International Student and Scholar Services Office supports master's students in obtaining a student visa to travel to the USA; however, neither Georgia State University nor New Vision University guarantees the successful acquisition of a student visa.
Structure of the Educational Program
Semester I
In the first semester, master's students follow the curriculum of New Vision University's Master's Program in Comparative Private and International Law, in the country of Georgia.
Additionally, students in the double-degree program will take the following courses taught by GSU faculty:
- Introduction to US Law – Professor Brian Sites, Director of GSU’s LL.M. and Non-J.D. Programs (taught online);
- Legal Analytics – Dr. Daniel Quiggin, faculty member of the AI, Technology, and Legal Analytics Studio (“ATLAS”) at GSU (taught in-person in the country of Georgia).
Semester II
The second semester is completed in person in the United States at the Georgia State University College of Law’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia.
Students in the double degree program will receive an LL.M. in AI, Analytics, Technology, and Law after satisfactory completion of the required courses taught by GSU faculty at New Vision in Semester I, all courses taken at GSU in Semester II, and additional courses at New Vision approved for credit toward the GSU LL.M.
Option to Qualify for License to Practice in U.S.A.
LL.M. students who complete 26 credit hours of in-person instruction at GSU and pass a series of specified required courses are eligible to take the State of Georgia Bar Examination and, upon passage, become licensed to practice law in the United States. Students in the NVU/GSU dual degree program may be able to meet these requirements by completing a second semester in person at GSU after Spring 2027, depending on which courses are taken at GSU in Spring 2027, demonstrated English fluency and excellent academic performance in Spring 2027 courses.
Tuition Fees and Funding Opportunities
The study format allows master's students to cover the cost of the Georgia State University College of Law AI, Analytics, Technology, and Law LL.M. program by paying the tuition fee for just one semester of study in the USA.
During the period of study at New Vision University, the student pays tuition only in the amount of New Vision University's semester fee.
The one semester tuition fee for studying at Georgia State in the USA for the 2026–2027 academic year is $20,796. Outstanding applicants may be eligible for a 50% tuition scholarship.
Additional discounted terms may be established for outstanding master's students, including the possibility of a Graduate Research Assistantship for a second in-person semester at GSU that would provide a full tuition scholarship and a $2000 stipend for living expenses.
