The Strategic Development Plan 2025–2031 defines New Vision University’s strategic focus for the years ahead, reflecting its commitment to its mission: to expand human vision through the promotion of education, research, and innovation, and to inspire individuals to contribute to the well-being of society. Guided by the university’s motto — Inspire to Care — the plan was developed through internal analysis, broad consultation, and a careful assessment of the university’s comparative strengths, with the motto serving as the conceptual foundation for the naming and framing of its strategic priorities.
It outlines development priorities across core academic and institutional domains, serving as a foundation for growth that is sustainable, responsible, and future-oriented.
