THE PRACTICAL SKILLS CENTER CALL FOR STUDENT TEAMS

The Practical Skills Center at New Vision University, supported by the USAID Rule of Law Program, call for student teams to participate in Mock trials and Mediation in Consumer Protection Law.

Georgian law students (BA – III, IV year, or LLM students), who are not members of the Georgian Bar Association/and or certified/active mediators, can participate in the simulated hearings. Each team shall consist out of three to four students.

Participating teams shell send the completed application form to the following email address by December 11,2022(24:00): consumermoot@newvision.ge.

The project of Mock trials and Mediation in Consumer Protection Law will continue until January 31, 2023. Participating teams will be notified of the dates and deadlines for each stage of the project at the email address specified in the registration application.
