Seminar on the Role of Organizational Culture in Productivity and Growth

On November 12, Professor Amer Al-Rawas held a seminar "The Role of Organizational Culture in Productivity and Growth". The staff of New Vision University as well as New Vision Insurance attended the seminar.

Amer Al-Rawas is the NVU Professor in Information Technologies and Innovation. His area of expertise is software engineering, his research has expended in scope to cover the role of ICT in economic development as well as socioeconomic and demographic drivers for economic growth.

Professor Al-Rawas indicated that great organizational culture is the key to developing the traits necessary for business success. He drew attention towards how company culture influences individual mindsets and how it impacts engagement which in turn drives productivity.
