PROGRAM TO SUPPORT CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY, AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND BEHAVIOURAL DISORDERS

A program to support children with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder and behavioral disorders is being implemented in collaboration with New Vision University, the Georgian Children's Passport Association and the German Economic Development Association (Deutsche Wirtschaftsvereinigung - DWV).

The goal of the program is to share experiences to help improve the quality of life of children. On April 11, German occupational therapist Siglinde Schultz held a seminar for Georgian colleagues, as well as students and parents of children with special needs. At the meeting she shared her experience in Germany in occupational and sensory therapy.

The German expert stays in Georgia for 3 weeks and is involved in conducting treatment and rehabilitation sessions for children with special needs.
