PROFESSORS’ WORKSHOP ON LEGAL ETHICS TEXTBOOK (1)

On December 16, 2021 the New Vision University Legal Ethics Chair organized workshop for the professors who teach legal ethics. The workshop was attended by the professors who lead the Legal Ethics course in the following universities:

• Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University;
• Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University;
• Georgian National University;
• Georgian Institute of Public Affairs;
• New Vision University;
• Black Sea International University;
• Free University of Tbilisi;
• Ilia State University;
• Georgian Technical University;
• University of Georgia;
• Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University;
• European University;
• Caucasus University.

The structure of the new Legal Ethics textbook, teaching methods and new textbook’s integration to the teaching/learning process of Legal Ethics were discussed during the workshop. Workshop was led by the New Vision University Legal Ethics Co-chair and a member of the Georgian Bar Association Ethics Commission – Ms. Ana Loria.

The Legal Ethics textbook was created with support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the framework of East-West Management Institute’s (EWMI) project Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLoG).
