OPEN DAY AT THE DERBY CAMPUS

On 6 October 6 the university representatives hosted a meeting for interested applicants and their parents at the Derby campus.

Along with information about the university's mission, goals and strategy, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the history of the Derby campus.

In the building built in 1868, a number of educational institutions functioned at different times. In 1899, the Duke of Devonshire opened the Municipal Technical College and the University of Derby School of Art.

A discussion was held among the participants of the event on the activities to be carried out on the Derby campus, educational programs and in general, the establishment of the campus as a centre for the deepening of Georgian-British relations.
