ONLINE LECTURE ON "THE RULE OF LAW IN THE EUROPEAN UNION"

On December 1, Professor David Ruano Delgado delivered an online lecture on "The Rule of Law in the European Union". The lecture was attended by New Vision University students from the School of Politics and the Schoof of Law.

David Ruano Delgado is a professor at the University of Zaragoza who lectures on constitutional law. He has many years of experience in European Union law research, especially in the field of human rights. He is currently a member of the Consolidated Research Group at the University of the Basque Country.

Professor David Ruano Delgado discussed the legal basis of the rule of law (Article 7 of the Treaty on European Union), its implementation in the Member States and practical challenges, as well as the relationship between EU institutions to uphold and implement the rule of law.
