Sales contract between New Vision University and University of Derby (UK) has been executed.
The 1876 year constructed facility, where the former School of Art was located, moved into the
New Vision University ownership.
Grade II Listed facility is built in a Gothic style. The public areas and reception lobby attract
visitors with large open areas featuring marble pillars, stone archways, terrazzo style floors and
stained glass windows.
