On September 18-21, Nika Sergia, Ph.D. student and Assistant Professor at New Vision University School of Law, participated in a conference at Oxford University, in the UK. There he spoke regarding the topic “ forms of indirect contracts as a part of the concept of anticompetitive agreements in a digital era“.
The four day conference brought together both experienced and young scholars with a research-related interest in the transposition of the EU competition framework outside its borders.
The conference took place at the Oxford University School of Law. The forum included expert panel sessions, individual presentations, and also a platform for preliminary discussions on the participants' planned doctoral research themes and other research papers.
