Mock Trials and Mediation

The New Vision University Legal Ethics Chair, with support from the USAID Rule of Law Program, calls for student teams to participate in Mock Trials and Mediation. The topic of the mock trials will be consumer rights.

Law students (BA – III, IV year, or LLM students) from authorized universities who are not members of the Georgian Bar Association and/or certified/active mediators can participate in the mock hearings. Each team shall consist of three to four students.

Detailed rules for the mock hearings are also attached. The mock trials and mediation processes will be held on February 8-9, 2025.
