Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Training

On September 23-24, New Vision University Hospital and New Vision Health Hub staff participated in an interactive training session titled "Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Strategies." The training aimed to equip participants with essential techniques in effective communication and conflict resolution to improve overall service quality.

The training was led by New Vision University psychologist Mariam Chrdileli.
