Certificate Course – Application of Blockchain Technology and Its Legal Aspects
New Vision University offers a Certificate Course in "Application of Blockchain Technology and Its Legal Aspects", designed for business professionals, Lawyers willing to grasp the basics of blockchain law, and for other interested person.
The Certificate Course aims to introduce the basics of blockchain technology (Bitcoin, Ethereum), the stages of its development (Arbitrum, Polygon) and its potential. It also discusses the blockchain business projects (crypto gaming, crypto social media, NFT trading) and blockchain synergy with 3D technologies (3D metaverses). The discourse will also touch on the legal aspects of blockchain technology (cryptoasset regulation, blockchain and privacy laws, blockchain and intellectual property).
The course is led by Giorgi Asatashvili - Practitioner Lawyer in Private and International Law; PhD student at New Vision University.
Giorgi Asatashvili authored several publications in private and public law and participated in local and international conferences. He is also a successful participant of the Global Debate and Public Policy Challenge.
Giorgi teaches the following courses at New Vision University: “International Investment Law“; “Blockchain in Business and Law”; “Business Growth and Management in the New Machine Age”.
- Course duration: 12.5 contact hours (5 meetings, one meeting – 2 hours and 30 minutes). The course will be held every Saturday from 11 June to 9 July.
