Aled Davies, the Founder and CEO of Online Education Platform - MediatorAcademy.com visited New Vision University on November 20^th to conduct the training on Mediation strategies.

The qualified mediator taught the participants the key principles of workplace dispute management and efficient communication through the role-play exercises.  

Training was organized by the New Vision University Center for Effective Communication and Leadership and aimed to explore the discussion around importance of development of emotional intelligence and proper communication.
