
Partnership with Georgia State University
Within the framework of partnership of New Vision University with Georgia State University (GSU), NVU hosted representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Georgia and American Councils.
The partnership was initiated in the framework of the University Capacity Building Program (UCBP) funded by the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi and implemented in cooperation with the American Councils for International Education.
The U.S. Embassy was represented by Harvey Sernovitz, Public Diplomacy Counselor, and Sophie Bzishvili, Higher Education Program Coordinator. The meeting was also attended by Natia Sirdadze, University Capacity Building Program Coordinator at American Councils for International Education.
The meeting focused on the results of the UCBP and the ongoing collaboration between NVU and Georgia State University, aimed at strengthening NVU’s curriculum, supporting institutional capacity development, and fostering long-term partnerships that promote innovation in legal education and legal practice.
