Georgia State University Experts Deliver Workshop and Presentations Series
Within the framework of the partnership between New Vision University and Georgia State University (GSU), NVU hosted visiting U.S. experts Prof. Clark Cunningham and Dr. Daniel Quiggin for a series of workshops, presentations, and academic meetings.
The visit was organized within the University Capacity Building Program (UCBP), funded by the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi and implemented in cooperation with American Councils for International Education.
Throughout the one week visit, NVU students, faculty, and representatives of the academic community had the opportunity to engage in discussions on some of the most relevant topics in contemporary legal education and practice, including artificial intelligence, legal analytics, legal technology, legal ethics, professional skills, and teaching in an AI-driven environment.
Dr. Daniel Quiggin led sessions on machine learning fundamentals, legal analytics, AI and legal tech, context engineering, and the use of AI in legal education and assessment. Prof. Clark Cunningham contributed to discussions on legal ethics, professional responsibility, client expectations, and best practices for developing practical legal skills.
The workshop series created an important platform for academic exchange between NVU and GSU, supporting curriculum development, strengthening teaching and learning approaches, and promoting innovation in legal education.
