The project was organized by the Institute for Policy Research and European Studies (IPRES) and the School of Politics and Diplomacy of New Vision University.
The Winter School brought together undergraduate students of social and political sciences, international relations, and law.

Participants evaluated and analyzed the current dynamics of international politics. They also discussed the challenges and opportunities facing both major actors in international politics and smaller states.
