Mock Trials and Mediation

New Vision University announces the registration of student teams for participation in the Moot Court and Mediation Simulation on Consumer Protection Law.

The competition is open to Bachelor’s students (3rd and 4th year) and Master’s students of law faculties at authorized higher education institutions, who are not members of the Georgian Bar Association and/or not certified mediators. Each team must consist of three or four members/students.

Teams must submit the completed registration form by 26 December 2025 (23:59) to the following email address: [email protected] 

Detailed information about the rules and stages of the simulation rounds can be found in the attached file. The Moot Court and Mediation Simulation on Consumer Protection Law will be held in February 2026.
