Defense of Ketevan Arakhamia’s Doctoral Dissertation

The public defense of the doctoral dissertation by Ketevan Arakhamia, a PhD candidate at the School of Law, titled "Rethinking Self-Defense – Reasonable Opportunity for the Territorial States during the Dawn of the Code War?"
