
Legal Clinic on Combating Violence Against Women
New Vision University is launching a 3-month legal clinic program focused on violence against women as part of the international project "Combating Violent Crimes Against Women and Girls (COVIOCRIME)." This program will provide medical, psychological, and legal assistance for cases of violence against women and is open to students of the 2nd and subsequent years of both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Medicine.
The goal of the clinic is to enable students to provide legal and medical services to women victims of violence after completing the course, and to share the knowledge they have gained with students of secondary schools.
The duration of the clinic is three months, with a start date of November 15, 2025, and an end date of February 15, 2026.
Participants will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the clinic.

Participants in the clinic program will be selected based on an interview.
Within the framework of the clinic, students will have the opportunity to:
- Study international standards for combating violence against women, the mechanisms for their protection, and the psychological aspects of working in victim protection;
- Learn the specific protection needs of victims and survivors;
- Review actual criminal cases and examine court case law, including case law of the European Court of Human Rights;
- Explore the systems established to protect female victims and hear from forensic medical experts about evidence collection and retrieval;
- Participate in providing services for real cases at the clinic alongside specialists.
