
Registration for the Entrants has Started
Registration for student enrollment in the first level of higher education based on the results of the Unified National Examinations is conducted until September 5, 2025.
To complete registration, applicants must fill out an electronic application. The following documents must be uploaded to the electronic application form:
- Copy of identity document (in case of foreign citizenship – passport);
- Copy of complete general education certificate (school diploma) (students are required to present a notarized copy of the school diploma to the university before starting their studies);
- Copy of military registration document (only for Georgian citizens);
- Photograph (3x4).
The academic process will begin on September 8th.
Administrative Registration
To achieve student status, an individual must meet the enrollment prerequisites for their specific program and complete the required administrative registration.
Administrative registration for first-year students includes:
- Completing the registration application
- Submitting required documents
- Paying tuition fees
For students who are already enrolled, administrative registration only requires paying tuition fees by the specified deadlines.
Signing a contract
- Upon satisfying the enrollment prerequisites, a contract is formed between the student and the university for the duration of the educational program.
- Changes to the conditions stipulated in the contract are permissible if they improve the student's legal status.
Academic Registration
After paying the semester tuition fee within the established deadline, the student proceeds with academic registration. Academic registration involves selecting educational program components for an average of 30 credits per semester.
Academic registration is conducted through the student portal.
