Workshop on "Workplace Communications"

On March 5, 2025, an interactive workshop on "Workplace Communications" was held at New Vision University, aimed at improving practical skills necessary for effective workplace communication for New Vision Group employees, including techniques for empathetic listening, conducting difficult conversations, and providing feedback. During the workshop, participants discussed current and real issues of professional communication.

The workshop was led by Professor Greg Bond - mediator, professor at New Vision University and Wildau University of Applied Sciences, and Sophio Chachava - Dean of the New Vision University School of Law, professor and mediator.
