Mock Trials and Mediation

On February 8-9, 2025, New Vision University Legal Ethics Chair organized oral rounds of Mock Trials and Mediation in Consumer Law. 

 

Ten student teams participated in the competition. At the initial stage, the participating teams were trained in legal writing, trial skills and mediation. After that, each participating team prepared a legal opinion, a lawsuit and a response.

 

The participating teams were evaluated by invited expert-judges - practicing lawyers and mediators, who shared detailed feedback with the participants of the event. 

 

After the completion of the mock trials, the winning teams in various nominations were identified, and they were given certificates, textbooks and branded gifts.
