Overview of European Court of Human Rights' Decisions

On December 10, 2024, International Human Rights Day, the Legal Aid Center held a review of significant decisions by the European Court of Human Rights.

During the event, the Center's interns presented on the fundamental rights protected by the European Convention on Human Rights. The review covered key rights such as the right to life, the right to respect for private and family life, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association, and the right to property.

Through these presentations, the attending public had the opportunity to learn about the European Court's case law and the standards established by the Court regarding these rights.
