The journal accepts scientific articles, analyses of case law, literature reviews, or other types of expert material, typical of the field of law, prepared in accordance with due academic standards. The editorial board makes a decision on the rubrics.

Material that has not been published in its entirety or in a significant part (primary publication) will be accepted for publication.

The author must submit a paper in Georgian and/or English, usually no more than 8,000 words, in Microsoft Word format, prepared in accordance with established academic writing standards.

In case of acceptance for publication, the journal will provide a translation of the material submitted in one language into another.

The submitter of the material is obliged, if necessary, to obtain any prior permission for publication from third parties (including co-authors).

The paper must be accompanied by an abstract, key phrases and bibliography (see Academic Writing Standards).

Texts that do not meet above requirements will not be considered.

The paper must be sent via e-mail to [email protected], or by filling out an electronic form.

The author is not required to pay any fees at any stage.

 


Academic Integrity

The paper submitted for publication, must meet the standards of academic honesty, through proper identification of authors and sources, accuracy of data, and proper reference to facts.

Paper submitted for publication is checked on the similarity matching platform, which is used in the academic honesty verification process at New Vision University. The coincidence of the text with another source should not exceed 8% of the content. The coincidence is not automatically considered plagiarism and is checked by the editors.

The university operates a system for detecting the use of artificial intelligence (AI), and rules developed in this regard are provided for in the Regulations on the Implementation of Educational and Research Activities apply. The rules apply to all research papers published within the university and on its behalf, including material presented to the journal.
